Hey, hows things?
OK so this one is mainly based around my latest and by far greatest tattoo design to date, I've shown it already to a number of my college friends but now it's time for it to go up for everybody else to see the wonder (lol) of my artwork - TA DA!
Well? it's only a linear yeah but i personally think it's pretty good. The blank spots round the edges are where the skin is tearing or peeling away, showing the machinery inside.
This was requested by a friend of mine, Jamie, from work and he simply wanted a mechanical arms. I thought that just a mech arm would be too basic and essentially dull and boring as a tattoo so i discussed some things and we had agreed on it being where the skin tears, like a flesh wound, and under the skin you see the mechanics of his arm.
Once we had gotten the idea set out i began working on the initial sketch before outlining it - what you see here is a finished outline copy.
Tell me what you guys think and I'll be back soon with more sketches
